Maite Perroni and William Levy lead the Hispanic Heritage Awards in Washington - Maite Perroni and William Levy, the leading couple of Triumph of Love, will host the Twenty-fifth ceremony of the Hispanic Heritage Awards, which will take place next September 15 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, according to a report in The Dream Team Agency.
Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs, for its acronym in English) was created by President Ronald Reagan and the White House in 1987 to mark the official celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15 each year.
"We are extremely pleased and honored that William Levy and Maite Perroni - the stars of telenovelas most popular and beloved of the moment - have agreed to join us on September 15 to celebrate excellence and achievement Hispanics. As the personification of excellence and achievement, both William and Maite have overcome obstacles to achieve great successes, and also served as figures of inspiration.
